Delivery Information

We will deliver your product to the address specified at the time of ordering. Please note that once the package has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

Our distribution is handled by carriers such as DHL, Aramex, and UPS, depending on the shipment size. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code to monitor your order's progress. We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Important Notes for Large Orders

For large-scale orders, such as metalwork items (e.g., tipper containers), your presence is required at the time of delivery. Please ensure you have access to a forklift or similar equipment to receive these orders.

If there are any delays, we will notify you via email. We guarantee that you will receive your order within 30 days after order confirmation, unless otherwise specified in the purchase agreement.

Lead Times

The lead time indicated online is an approximate shipping time if the item is in stock. This time reflects shipping within the UAE.

Please be aware that shipments outside the UAE may take longer due to import/export/custom clearance processes. Delivery times may vary based on products, transportation modes, and destinations.

Shipping to Other GCC Countries

We can arrange door-to-door shipping to other GCC countries after consulting with our sales team. Please note that additional charges will apply, including:

- Delivery costs
- Customs agent fees
- Certification and import duties (if required, to be paid on the customer's behalf)

Returns

Return Policy

You can return the product within 7 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please email us at **[email protected]**. Once you receive our confirmation, you must return the product within 14 days.

Refund Process

Upon receiving the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days, covering the full purchase price of the product, excluding transportation costs. Please note that return shipping costs will be your responsibility along with bank fees, unless otherwise specified.

Care for the Product

During the return period, please handle the product with care. You may unpack and use the product only to the extent necessary to determine if you wish to keep it.
