The admissible load for drawer cabinets is 1000kg, including 75kg per drawer for drawers height 75, 100, 150, 200 and 300mm and 50kg per drawer for 50mm height drawers.

DRAWER CABINET BODY FEATURES

The body of the ATS drawer cabinets is made up of a base, two sides, a bottom and a top, assembled by screws and nuts. The base is made of 12/10th and 25/10th steel sheets, folded and assembled by spot welding. The sides, top and bottom are made of 12/10th steel sheets, folded and assembled
by screw. The structure is finished with powder painting. fine texture structured epoxy polymerized in the oven at 180°C. The drawers are made from 10/10th and 25/10th thick steel sheets folded and assembled by riveting. Drawers height 75, 100, 125 and 150mm are grooved at the front
and at the rear at a pitch of 50mm to accommodate the separators longitudinal and transverse.
The 50mm high drawers are grooved at the front and the rear at a pitch of 75mm to accommodate sheet metal troughs of steel thickness 10/10th with useful dimensions 140 x 632mm
compartmentalized with dividers. The transverse separators have, in the upper part, a
inclined side to facilitate the identification of the contents of the boxes. The drawers are finished with powder paint. fine texture structured epoxy polymerized in the oven at 180°C.

MECHANICAL CHARACTERISTICS

All drawers are locked by a centralized lock.
The drawers slide on telescopic ball guides.
The drawers are 100% extractable to allow easy access to all content.
The drawers are equipped with a selective anti-tilt exit preventing the simultaneous opening of several drawers to avoid any risk of tipping.

EQUIPMENT

The drawers can be compartmentalized using chutes and transverse and longitudinal dividers which allow the spaces to be modulated according to storage needs. The cabinets can be mounted on 125mm diameter casters, a 100mm height base, allowing the cabinet to be handled at pallet truck or floor leveling jacks.
