The ball transfer table comprises two ladders or legs made of 20/10th sheet steel, completely removable and assembled with screws and nuts, a low cross-member made of 25/10th sheet steel, fixed with screws and nuts on the ladders, one ball plate made of 20/10th sheet
steel, and four ladder/ball plate junction plates made of 25/10th sheet steel.
The ball transfer table is mechanically height-adjustable from 700 to 900mm with a maximum inclination of the ball table of 5°.
The table is equipped as standard with a jack kit to adjust to the height of the wooden tops and is supplied with two connecting plates to attach to the conveyor tables. Additionally, the table is equipped with 39 zinc-plated steel balls, each capable of supporting 15kg.
The ball transfer table comes with two end-of-line stops. The table can be equipped with 100mm diameter castors with rubber tyres, two of which have brakes.
